This policy explains what personal information Cnic Infotech (“we”, “us”) collects through cnicinfotech.com, why we collect it, and what you can do about it. We are a web and digital marketing studio based in Jodhpur, Rajasthan, India.
Information we collect
Information you give us. When you fill in the contact form, we collect what you enter: your name, phone or WhatsApp number, email address, business name, website or Instagram link, what you need, and your message. Only your name and phone number are required.
Information collected automatically with the form. When you submit the form, our website also records your IP address, your browser and device type, the page you submitted from, and the date and time. This helps us deal with spam and misuse.
WhatsApp, phone and email. If you contact us on WhatsApp, by phone or by email, we receive your number or email address and whatever you choose to tell us. WhatsApp is operated by Meta and handles your messages under its own privacy policy.
Server logs. Like most websites, our hosting provider keeps standard logs of requests to the site, which include IP addresses, for security and troubleshooting.
How we use your information
- To reply to your enquiry and prepare the free audit you asked for.
- To send you a proposal, and to deliver our services if you become a client.
- To keep the website secure and prevent spam.
- To meet legal, tax and accounting requirements.
We do not sell your personal information. We do not add you to a marketing list just because you contacted us.
Cookies and third-party services
At the time of writing, this website does not set cookies for ordinary visitors, and we do not run analytics or advertising trackers on it. If we add tools such as Google Analytics or the Meta Pixel, we will update this policy before we do.
The website loads its font from Google Fonts. When your browser fetches the font, Google receives your IP address, as it would for any web request. Links to WhatsApp, Instagram and YouTube take you to those services, which have their own privacy policies.
Who we share information with
We share personal information only when it is needed to run our business:
- Our website hosting provider, which stores the website and its form entries.
- Service providers we use to communicate with you, such as our email provider and WhatsApp.
- Government or legal authorities, when the law requires it.
Some of these providers may store data on servers outside India.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry details for as long as we need them to respond and to follow up, and for the length of our working relationship if you become a client. Records we must keep for tax or legal reasons are kept for the period the law requires. You can ask us to delete your enquiry at any time.
How we protect it
Access to form entries is limited to the people at Cnic Infotech who need it, and the website is kept updated. No website or method of transmission is completely secure, so we cannot promise absolute security.
Your rights
Under Indian law, including the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, you can ask us to:
- tell you what personal information we hold about you;
- correct or update it;
- delete it, where we are not required by law to keep it;
- stop using it, by withdrawing your consent.

Children
This website is meant for businesses. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 18.
Changes to this policy
If we change this policy, we will post the new version on this page and update the effective date at the top.
